ultra sound results.....

I'm new here & have a few questions about my ultra sound results....Far upper outer quadrant of the right breast there is a hypoechoic primarily cystic structure that measures 6mm in size. This does not meet criteria of representing a benign cyst..

conclusion says , in the upper outer quandrant of the right breast at the 10 oclock position there is 6mm hypoechoic irregular & heterogeneous solid lession with accentuated vascularity adjacent to the lession?
also says there is a small hypoechoic nodular density at the 3 oclock in same breast......i'm having a biopsy on nov 3rd 09 anyone imput would be sincerely appreciated....also any help with questions I need to ask surgeon would be appreciated.....Ironically I just found all thiis out 2 days after I did a breast cancer 5k walk....worried... The lesion mentioned with accentuated vascularity and irregular borders certainly does raise suspicion but to venture a guess as to it's nature would be foolish .... a biopsy is the only method by which to determine this. As far as questions; I would suggest that you write down on paper anything that concerns you no matter how insignificant it may seem. Take the list with you as well as someone else who can serve as an extra pair of ears. When our minds are racing at top notch speed we often miss something that is said. Just remember that the only foolish question is the one that goes unanswered because we are afraid to ask. Remain calm; it's a one step at a time process and there may be considerable waiting along the way.  Regards ...
