ultrasound impression

As advised by the Dr. Memography[right],Plain cheat X-ray, and ultrasound for the whole Abdomin (abdomen) was taken on 13-12-2010. Memogrphy and plain x-ray Results are Normal.Ultrasound impression shows as  Hypochoic lesion in lesser sac. -? Enlarged lymphnode. what does it mean? Is it nessory to take CT abdomen?

Since you state the Ultrasound was done of the entire abdomen then you should post your question either on the Gastroenterology Community OR the Gastroenterology Expert Forum (Dr.s answer on the Expert Forum) ... as I see no issue involving the breast in your post. I would think however that since something was found on the US of the abdomen there needs to be some additional investigation to arrive at a diagnosis.  Regards ....
