ultrasound result

hi i finally got my result.my mammo showed no abnormality but they found a small cyst in my ultrasound.i ask the doctor if i should go for  biopsy.he said no need bec. its just 2mm.and fluid filled.he said not to worry and just told me to come back after a year.is there really nothing to worry about?no need for biopsy?im still a bit worried.pls. i need ur opinion.thank u in advance...

No,as your doctor said,you have nothing to worry about and there is no need for a biopsy.Cysts are benign findings and they do not turn into cancer.Until you go for your next visit in a year's time,always check your breast to see if the cyst has grown too much or if you feel a lot of pain,in this case your doctor can aspirate it.Otherwise fluid filled cysts are left alone.
