ultrasound results

My findings on left breast reveals a slightly irregular appearing cyst at the 7 o'clock position measuring 1.1 cm x 1.1 cm x 1.2 cm.  The remaining breast parenchyma of the left breast demonstrates a fibrofatty pattern.  Assessemnt is 4, suspicious.  Needless to say, I am waiting over 10 days to get into a surgeon to evaluate.  My question is, is a cyst fluid filled?  I do not see on the report if it is a solid mass or liquid.  Is there a way to determine?

Dear abfab12b:  A cyst is a fluid filled structure.

A cyst is usually fluid filled and can usually be determined to be a normal cyst on a mammo or ultrasound; however, a BIRADS 4 means there's a possibility it could be malignant. A biopsy is the only way to tell for sure what it is.  Mine was a BIRADS 5 which means it walks like a duck and talks like a duck.
