vitamins while on Chemo?

Can I take vitamins while on Chemo?  multi vit, Vit A, C, E and selenium? any comment?
thanks.. I will be on Taxotere and Cytoxan.

I see no reason not to take the multivit. but before taking any drug, including vitamins or suppliments, you MUST ck. with your Oncologist.  Regards ....

My Oncologist did not want me taking anti anti-oxidants like C,E  or selenium. Her feeling was that these supplements protect cells and could protect cancer cells.  There is major controversy about that but you need to do what your doctor recommends.  She did tell me that Vitamin D and calcium were OK.
