what does nodes show features of reactive hyperplasia mean?

the patients had a modified radial left mastectomy  upon finding a tumour whose biopsy IMPRESSION WAS infiltrating ductal carcinoma...
the impression of the specimen says
breast parenchyma shows features of fibrocystic changes.
No evidence of Tumour Tissue seen.
MEDIAL,LATERAL,POSTERIOR RESECTED MARGIN FREE FROM TUMOUR INFILTRATION .
SIN,NIPPLE AREOLA FREE FROM TUMOUR INFILTRATION.
NODES SHOW FEATURE OF REACTIVE HYPERPLASIA.
DOES THIS MEAN THAT THE PATIENT IS CLEAR...

REACTIVE HYPERPLASIA - tissue contains normal cellular content, although the number and size of follicles is greater, suggesting a reaction to an infection and not malignancy.

So from your post, it sounds like the biopsy may have been a lumpectomy, which showed cancer, and then the tissue from the modified radical mastectomy was what the rest of the post was.  All of the following means benign and clear:  

breast parenchyma shows features of fibrocystic changes.
No evidence of tumour tissue seen.
MEDIAL, LATERAL, POSTERIOR RESECTED MARGINS FREE FROM TUMOUR INFILTRATION .
SKIN, NIPPLE, AREOLA FREE FROM TUMOUR INFILTRATION.
NODES SHOW FEATURES OF REACTIVE HYPERPLASIA.
