what does nuclear grade 2-3/3 mean in ductal carcinoma

by mynzi, Nov 09, 2006 12:00AM
trying to interpret my pathology report from a biopsy.
How can DCIS (in situ) also be "focally suspicious for microinvasion"?
What does a nuclear grade of 2-2/3 mean to the patient?

Mine was DCIS but dr. was sure he would find invasion. During surgery he did. Not sure about the grade.
