Hi, I've been experiencing vaginal pain for over 1 year, and the drs. find nothing.  Now I've had a mamogram (mammogram) and they say I have a nodule on the side of my left breast.  I've had pain in my underarm and it hurts to lift my arm.  Also my gland under my jaw is swollen and i'v e been coughing up clear mucous.  My last mammogram came back normal as well as the sonogram.  Do you think this vaginal pain and breast pain are connected.  I've been to so may doctors, and they find nothing but still all this pain.  Thank you

Dear sandryna,  I do not think the vaginal pain and breast pain are related.  These various pains could have a number of causes and could be interrelated in some way but, careful history and physical examination it is impossible to say what is happening.
