Hi,
An intramammary lymph node in the breast is common, normal, and means nothing unless it were noted to be abnormally enlarged. Lymph nodes can swell because of an inflammation or infection somewhere in the body and can remain swollen even after the infection is gone.
I wouldn't worry so much if I were you especially that the lymph node is small.
The next step is to simply monitoring  the lymph node if it enlarges, by having some kind of tests recommended by your radiologist.
Take care and best wishes.
