Hi,
Breast pain is extremely common and is most often associated with certain times during the menstrual cycle, because of hormonal changes in the body. Some people have painful breasts more severe than others, but this condition is rarely associated with cancer, especially when both breast are involved. You don't state your age, could you possibly be pregnant? However, talk to your doctor about it,just to make sure that there is nothing to worry about.

To help ease the pain I have listed below some dietary changes.

1) Eliminate caffeine (found in coffee, tea, cola drinks, and chocolate).
2) Reduce dietary fat by reducing intake of baked goods, meat, and high-fat dairy products, and increasing fruit, vegetables, and grains.
3) Reduce salt intake.
4)Take vitamin supplements. Talk to your doctor or a nutritionist about recommended doses (vitamin E, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine), and evening primrose oil).

I hope that this information will be of some help.Take care...
