hello,and thank you! I have a bump under my left breast,and it has me worried. sometimes it will give me sharp pains, and hard to breathe.I am 43 years old. please help me! what do you think it could be? what should I do? Thank you julie

Hi Julie:  You state the "bump" is "under" your breast ... whether it is actually within the breast tissue or "under" the breast itself you need to see your Dr. for a clinical breast exam as soon as possible. Where cancer (or not) is concerned there can be NO guessing and without benefit of an examination that's what it would be to answer your question as to what this might be. Please make that appointment and have a "hands on" exam to determine the nature of this finding.  Regards ....
