worried about several oddities

Hi, Im 20 years old, my family has had a history with cancer, and I've noticed in the last 2 years some oddities with one of my breasts,  it's nipple area is larger than the other, it has two pimple like lumps on the surface around the nipple area (occasionaly I can squeeze them and a white cream comes out, just like a pimple) this breast occasionally hurts for no reason (sometimes around my period and I know thats normal, but what about the other times?)  I have detected a lump within the breast, sometimes painful,  and my armpits occasionally get painful lumps just under the surface (at first I thought it was a pimple or an ingrown hair, but it repeats so often..) I thought maybe it was because my armpit doesnt like the deoderant I was using.. I have noticed it gets worse if I shave and put deoderant.  I have never had a breast exam and dont know what to look for really, but Im considering going to a doctor,  but I thought Id ask here to see if these are things I should be worried about.
thank you {:)

Dear Nara, Performing a self-breast exam routinely is done in order to become familiar with your breasts and to be aware of the usual changes that your breasts may have particularly in relation to your menstrual cycle.  What you are looking for in a breast exam are changes that are unusual for you.  Some of the differences you notice are common, for instance, a difference in the size of the breasts or nipple area.   Other symptoms you note may very well be due to benign (non-cancerous) conditions.  However, they are causing you concern and discomfort so it makes sense to have yourself checked out, particularly as you have never had a breast exam by a health care professional.  At this time you can discuss your concerns and if further evaluation is needed it would be recommended by your health care professional.
