worried about sore lump under right nipple

ok a few months ago my girl friend and were play fighting and you accidently jabbed me with her finger in my right nipple. at the time i didnt think anything of it. a few weeks ago when i was in the shower i happened to run my hand over this same area and felt a lump under my right nipple. to the light touch you cant tell its there but if you apply pressure you can feel it and some days its sore and some its not. there is no discoloration of the area and the nipple is not inverted and no bleeding. so i was wondering if this could possibly be an internal sore fromt he incident. i have read somewhere before that sometimes the body can receive internal sores from trama even though the exterior shows no sign and those could be classified as hard lumps under the skin as well. if anyone has any info on this subject that could be helpful to me i would apperciate it greatly. i am only 23 years old and would love to assume that this isnt cancer or anything serious but also not one to run to the doctor right away either unless it something serious like when i had strep throat years ago and could barely breathe then it was time to go but anything help would be apperciated.

Dear scorchy221982:  It is possible that this lump is from the injury.  However, without examination, it is impossible know.  If you are concerned or if it does not improve in a week or so, you should have it checked out by a physician.

Hey i just got this lump inder my right nipple and its pretty big and tender to the touch. It is pretty hard also if you were to touch the skin lightly. theres no discolouration on the outside and the form of the breast didnt change. I was wondering when or if it would go away and what it is. Thank you for you time.

I had the similar accident at school when I was 16 years old. BTW, It was the same area - right nipple. The surgeon diagnozed it as a febroadenoma and suggested to remove it.
My parents brought me to oncologist and she adviced to watch the lesion for a while. The lump had started to shrink and then had gone away completely in a month or two.
It was my case, you case might be different, but i hope this info is helpful

I am a male and 12 year old and I also have a bump under my right nipple. I don't know how I figured it was there but I did. I am worried about what this could be. It hurts if I push on it and it is pretty firm. If you push it you can slightly move it around. I am worried and dint know what to think.

ok I don't know if everyone is just joking around about the same thing or what but I'm 16 and one of my friends gave me a titty twister a while ago and my nipple was sore and if I squeeze it hard then a milky liquid comes out (I'm a guy...) but that's only if I squeeze it...it's been like this for a couple months now and idk what to do...it's my right nipple like you guys too...
