worried abt asymmetrical density/calcification

He I am 33 ys old and had a first mammo done last week for a suspicious finding on sono.here what my mammo shows
In the upper inner quadrant of the mid-third of rt breast there is a noncircumscribed heterogenous non calcified area of asymmetric density abt 4-5 cms.no disticnt focal mass is seen within the density.no archtectural distortion in either breast. in the left breast there is tiny cluster of microcalcification which are not punctuate and regarded as indeterminate. I have a biopsy sch in one months time.
The Doctor who examined me said i have a very dense breast tissue.
I had FNAC for suspected complex cyst last week where some fluid was removed which wasnt bloody ,but the result came back as insufficient to report.

I am pretty scared abt it. no his of BC in family. Can somebody help me with their comments

Dear zaferdie, A complex cyst has features both cystic (fluid-filled) and solid. A fine needle aspiration (FNA) may be done when a lump can be felt.  The fluid obtained from the aspiration is sent for examination that may give more information to characterize the complex cyst.  When the information does not fully answer the question as to what this is, further evaluation may be needed.   A biopsy to obtain additional tissue in the area of concern would be an appropriate next step.

Can the asymmetrical density be normal varient of breast tissue, especially in me if I do have a dense breast. whats ur comment on the mammogram findings.The mammogram doesnt show any mass/cyst.
