zit on my areola

Hi, I am 17 years old and for the past 2 or 3 weeks I have had a zit like thing that has a white spot in the middle near my nipples.I am really concerned about it and I am putting baneocin on it on a regular bases, the zit did go away a little bit but the white spot is still there. I am really scared. please help me..

The nipples have sweat and sebaceous glands, similar to that of the skin of the face and other areas of the body.  With this in mind, the nipples can likewise develop these white plugs similar to white heads, that clogs the pores where these glands drain.
Sometimes, these comedones become infected and can produce inflammation similar to what is happening in a pimple.It is best not to manipulate or try to express this plug.You can use non-comedones soaps(Like Neutrogena) on your nipples when bathing or showering. I would also suggest to see your doctor for an examination of your breasts and if necessary he/she will prescribe some sort of medication to apply on the pimple.You have nothing to be scared concerning your breast, from what you describe,you certainly have nothing to be worried about.
