Always hungry

I' thought being hungry all the time would have changed after I had my daughter a month & two weeks ago but nope. I mean I'm not as hungry as I use to be but I still get hungry a lot .. The doctor said its because I'm breast feeding but I'm not too sure . Anyone else have this problem ?

Yep. It's totally normal. I pretty much stay hungry and thirsty round the clock. Your body needs the extra calories to produce breastmilk. I just have a handful of walnuts or fruit or something in between meals while bfing.

I try to eat healthy now since all I do is eat . I'm guna keep some nuts  in the diaper bag that way I don't eat so much during my meals. Do you know if the hunger ever stops ?

my baby is 11 months old. I still get hungry a lot!

Sod people it goes away an some it doesn't. Seriously though, a handful of nuts or a banana really curb my hunger.

Yes me too but remember you are burning a ton of calories by breastfeeding :)
