Fenugreek Tea

I have been using Fenugreek capsules for several weeks, and I'm starting to notice my milk supply isn't as plentiful.  When I first started taking them, I really noticed more milk, now it is tapering off...I ran out of capsules yesterday and haven't had a chance to go to the store, but I have Fenugreek Tea, which is supposedly the same benefit as the tea.  WARNING:  THE TEA TASTES AWFUL!!!!!  LIKE DIRTY DISH WATER!  But, until I get more capsules I'll take the tea.  Has anyone used the tea?  Has anyone used the Fenugreek capsules for a long period of time and noticed a consistant increase/decrease in your supply?

I think the tea tastes like black licorice, but yes the tea does work. I noticed an increase in my supply after about 2 days of 4 cups a day. Now I only drink it 3 times a day and it still works.

The Mothers Milk tea tastes like licorice...I am taking the Fenugreek Seed tea...

I tried a few brands out and ended up with one of the organic mothers milk teas. It was the only one I could drink without having to put sugar in it.
