How to help her poop?

I know I've read and been told that EBF babies can go several days with out pooping and so far all 3 of my kids are the same.  I just have a hard time listening to them grunt and watching them kick up their legs like they're uncomfortable.  Currently m y 8 week old pees tons and farts some - just no stool.  We've used glycerin suppositories but I don't want to have to do that. Has anyone found anything that has worked - for the mother to take/consume that'll help the little one poop easier.  Sorry if it's TMI -but I have issues in that department.  I eat healthy, lots of fruits and veggies - please.  Anything...?

I used gripewater. When my little one would have tummy troubles with 30 minutrs after taking it she would pass all the gas she needed to or would have a bm.  Its all natural with fennel.  You can get it at walmart, cvs, walgreens.  Its about 8 bucks a bottle but very much worth it.  It also stops hiccups too!  good luck.

My midwife told me when I was having this issue with my son take a tablespoon of Karo syrup it worked for my son within an hour if she's really bound up could take a bit but you can take it much as you can stand

Give her an oz of plain water a couple times a day.

You can stimulate her rectum by lifting her legs and using a rectal thermometer to "get a temperature". It stimulates those muscles and makes it easier for them to make a bm. I had to do it with my son twice, and now he poops regularly.
