Lactating mom, will termination case me to lose my milk

My 11 month old is still breastfeeding as her source of milk.  I am considering terminating my 7 week pregnancy--will/could doing so cause me to lose my milk supply?

I have no idea - but I'd imagine as long as there is a demand for the milk - there would still be a supply...?  Good luck with your decision.

There shouldn't be any effect at all, as long as you continue breastfeeding your older child as usual.

Please don't terminate your pregnancy. Think deeply about how much you love your 11 month old. You will love that baby you are carrying now, just as much.

Termination is a completely personal decision, so do what YOU think is best!

That said, terminating will not affect your milk supply. As long as there is still nursing happening by your 11 month old, your milk supply will not change.
