Nausea While BreastFeeding

So this is the scoop..!.. I am 4 months postpartum. Sometimes I get nauseated while breasfeeding does this mean possible pregnancy? We had an incident at our 6.5 week mark and it was only half of the load of sperm. Though I'm not sure because I was drunk (due to girls night out celebration of several birthdays.. but thats besides the point) I had a pee test at the doc the following month but she said i could be a little early. Another hint is that I have really bad gas like I did when I was pregnant with my son during my first trimester. URGH! Does anyone think it is worth buying a pregnancy test? I hate this worry!
PS would i be so fertile to get pregnant by precum? .. i just heard that i am supposed to be really fertile right now.. eeek!

I have a 6.5 month old son and the only way I know I'm not pregnant - or wasn't a few weeks ago is b/c every few weeks or so I'll take a HPT.  I'm not using birth control and we are frisky and there's no pulling out.  It is possible to get pregnant while nursing so there is no way of knowing unless you test.  I wish there was - ***** not knowing when we're going to ovulate or get our next period!  Good luck.

I would often get nauseated as I nursed, for me it was the hormone levels that would fluctuate during periods where my boys would nurse more often.

You could be pregnant though. Test two weeks from the last unprotected sexual encounter and that should yield an accurate result.

I would consider getting a more effective form of birth control if you do not want to get pregnant. I was partial to Mirena before my dh got his vasectomy.
