So ladies this, is not a question but I have been eating instant oatmeal old fashioned from quaker oaks and ive noticed it has made me produce alot more milk. I have it twice one in the morning and the other at night. I just put some in blender and some sugar not so much of course then milk and just blend it its also delicious.im hoping it helps other of you mommies if you want to build up your supply. It bulit mines up really quick
I'm not a big oatmeal fan but I did try to make it once nd it turned out all mushy I have cinnamon sugar nd added milk in the instant oatmeal put I microwave wasn't good help? Am I making it a way that is causing it to be gross
You know what I dont microwave the oatmeal . I just have it cold try it like that. Just add some in the blender add the milk from your fridge and sugar or that cinnamon sugar blend it it out then drink it like that I swear it tastes so much better like that . Well I hope it does its better than being mushy and hot .
