Sauna?

I am nursing my daughter and long to get back to the gym and start working out.  Does anyone know if taking a sauna while nursing has any impact on the milk?

I don't see as it would provided you stay well hydrated.

thanks - I worry about when my body temperature gets elevated if that would have an impact on the milk...  I'll just have to enjoy in small doses (just a few minutes rather than longer full saunas) for now as not to risk anything.
