Has anyone gotten pregnant while breastfeeding? If so, did your breasts hurt similar to being pregnant the first time?

When I get pregnant when breastfeeding its my nipples that really hurt, I scrunch up my face and take deep breaths it hurts sooo much lol, mindyou I get that pain around ovulation time as well so for me it might be the progesterone that makes my hurt

Thank you for the response. I have had some tenderness and for the last few days my left nipple has been hurting as you are describing, although not my right? I hope it's a good sign of something happening.
