breastfeeding and pregnant

I'm breastfeeding my 8 month old and just found out I am pregnant with number 4, anyone nursing while pregnant or tandem nursing?

Hi,

I breastfed my first through fertility treatment (including 3 miscarriages) and most of my second pregnancy. My Obe was totally supportive.

It most definitely can be done. :)
