Ok so just an update fenugreek is great at producing more milk. But I had some side effects, I figured out it's giving me bad cramps and diarrhea and also makes my appettite go up which has caused me to gain weight. Just thought I would let u all no before u consider taking this. Also I read a list it also reduces blood sugar! It is used in horse food to help promote weight gain. Not everyone gets side effects tho. What are all ur experiences??? :/
To be honest I did start taking like 10 a day but then I got told that was to much so I took 9 instead and now discontinued them, I read up about them and some other people got same syptoms (symptoms) - I suppose it depends on the person. My milk stayed up high tho which is good. It's worth the stomach cramps for the time I took them cuz now at least I can feed baby enough :) yeah maple syrup smell lol carolina0105 ur welcome. Thanks all for ur replies. I would definitely use it again but probley lower my dose this time round that could be the cause to much.
It does cause uterine contractions, and I've heard diarrhea is a common side effect, I would cut back a little bit. I haven't needed it yet, but Chloe will be going through her 3 month growth spurt soon I'm sure!
