I found all kinds of information about this online. Just do a google search. Anyhow they say it takes an hour per drink to go through your system so if you have two drinks wait two hours before you pump and no you don't need to pump and dump at that point. Although all the articles say that women do anyways just because it makes us feel better. In the end less than 2% of the alcohol gets through to the baby and none at all if you wait long enough for it to metabolize in your system.

Oh yeah I forgot they say if you are sober then your milk is sober, but if your tipsy still your milk is tipsy.

It depends how much you drink.  There is no need to pump and dump.  If you are hungover and/or still feel buzzed, then you still have alcohol in your blood, which is still in your breastmilk, so do not pump milk you intend to give to your baby.  Once you feel sober again, it is safe to nurse.  The only reason to pump/dump your milk (and you were drinking) is if you are engorged.

I do want to add, do not underestimate how much 2% is. Considering your baby is less than 10% of the size of an adult, 2% is a pretty large amount.

Try not to overindulge as you will likely end up dehydrated and struggle to bring the supply back to normal. My supply was really sensitive so delaying a feeding spelled disaster for me, let alone skipping one.
