pain in R nipple/breast

Ok so I have 3 children ages 7,5 and almost 3. I haven't breastfed since my youngest was 2-3mo old. I did have a clogged or blocked milk duct around the time she was 5mo old, but nothing since. Until now my R nipple hurts feels like a bruise I broke out my old breast pump and tried to express it in case it was another clogged duct I tried heat before that it helped for a little while but then hurt again so I pumped it felt better for about 2 hrs I probably got a TSP of thick dark yellow fluid out of it I then put heat on it for about 2-5min and pumped again I then got about 1 TBSP out its still kind of painful what do you think I should do? Or what could this be? I've been on Merania for the last going on 3 years and up until last month have got my period every month last month I got it twice does anyone think this could be pregnancy?
