pumps & milk let down

Im using an ameda pump. Im having difficulty triggering my milk to let down. Has anyone has this issue & how did you fix it

Try playing with the speed and suction settings. Sometimes having a photo of your baby to look at helps. You could also try massaging your breasts a little before pumping. When pumping try to be as relaxed as you can because that will help.

I can't get my milk to let down while pumping, some women can't pump much!

I don't have let downs while i pump either.

I struggle too. I set my pump on a low suction fast cycle. Pump for a couple of minutes switch off, wait a minute pump again for a couple of minutes and keep repeating until I get a let down. Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't.

How long do u wait between pumpings??? If I go 2-3 hours without pumping or breastfeeding then I can get a good let down
