spitting up

I am having problems with my baby girl spitting up or occasionally throwing up her entire feeding. After I breastfeed I try to burp her but most of the time she won't and I even will hold her longer to.ensure she doesn't spit up. She ends up getting hiccups and throws up usually after I Change her. Doctor isn't concerned and says to feed her  uring the day every 2-3 hrs to ensure she sleeps at night. Anyone else having these issues or have recommendations?

My son did this and his doctor told me he had reflex. They gave us some medicine to help.

My doctor says it isn't acid reflux. But she still spits up and even when she burps she still hiccups and throws up.
