2nd Deg Burns On\Inside Anus

Hi
I inadvertently injured myself last Thurs (Dec 1) via hot water and have developed painful blisters about the sphincter as of two days ago. Last night I slept very little as the pain was constant. I have not seen a doctor. What should I do?

Keeping this area cleaned simply is not an option.  Taking a Sitz bath after each bowel movement is a good start and application of Anusol will help with the pain.
