I burned my face with Acne wash

by Rena03, Jan 02, 2008 09:43AM
I used Zap it Acne wash on my face. It had 2% Acid in it. I only wash my face twice with it. The next day my face was red, swollen, tight,  and VERY dry. I have been putting oil of olay on it 4 times a day but it is not working.  I look and feel horrible. What could I use to make this go away. Help Please THANK YOU!!

I don't know the details of this substance but a good deal of these items have a mild acid.   I would use a mild moisturizer such that is mild and without any perfumes or colors.  Cetaphil or Eucerin are good examples.
