my 2 year old daughter accidentally put her hand by where the humidifer was steaming, she burnt the palm of her hand. I applied cold compressor and put it under cold water, swelling has gone down but a larger size puzzy blister has formed.. should i leave it or pop it??

Pop the blisters.  They provide no protection and apply pressure to the wound bed; therefore, increasing the pain.  Furthermore, the blister prevents one from getting topical antibiotics to the target-- the wound bed.
