i really need help, please!

Well, about 2 weeks ago, October .27. i dropped hot oil onto my foot. Causing a third degree  burn. I was in the hospital for about 13 days. I received a skin graft on my thigh and i have a treatment for my foot. I got to go home last Wednesday and when i came home, i had these bad shivers. My body would be cold then hot constantly. I cant sleep at night. I returned to the ER because i had trouble breathing. They took a cat scan of my lungs and seen bacteria inside my lower left lung. They said it was just an infection, but before that, they said i had Tuberculosis. Which is good that i don't! I got to go home yesterday Nov. 11. And i continue feeling the shivers.. I drink a lot of fluid thinking that would help. but it has a little. I am guessing that its because of my skin graft. It can get cold and hot easily tricking my body in thinking it is cold or hot. could that be it? i have no idea. It happens everyday so far. i just want to be healthy again. I've been through to much for a 17 year old boy. I will do anything to be Healthy again. Please, Please, Please, Please, give me your suggestions.

Itchimg from donor sites is a BIG deal.  Everyone is different and different things work for different people.  Some things that work:
benadryl or atarax --> makes people sleepy

zyrtec or allegra --> won't make you sleepy

doxepin cream --> works really well, donor sites have to be heald

pressure -- ACE bandage should always be worn on donor sites

My donor site does not look infected in any way. It itches a lot though. It is reddish pinkish like. I'm guessing that's alright? I did have an pneumonia in the lower left lung. I had it about a year ago too and it reoccurred again after the burn. They did draw blood from me, but everything was fine i am guessing because they did not tell me anything bad about it. They did give me antibiotics. One of them is called Cephalexin and I'm suppose to take it every four hours until it is  all gone. I am also taking  Singular pills with Monktelkast Sodium. Those two pills are suppose to help me with my breathing and health. I have inhalers i have to take daily. The shivers still occur and I get tired easily in hot weather but is it because the healing process takes out a lot of my energy? I feel normal in a cold environment but its just the usual feeling when a person is cold. I get tired easily but i know it is from the injured areas. I have appointments coming up and million of questions to ask, but some I want answered now because I am in a lot of discomfort. For example this morning, I woke up at 2:30 am and did not fall asleep until 5:00am and i had school at 7am. ( Due to itching from the donor site.) I really appreciate your advice and hope you continue to help me.

Pneumonia (infection of the lung) is one of the most common infections that a burned patient can develop.  I would say that it is unusual given a third degree burn of the foot in a young man.   If they told you had pneumonia, did they give you antibiotics?   Did they draw blood and what was the WBC count? I suspect they did the CT scan of the chest to rule out a blood clot to the lung.   How does the donor site look and smell?  An infection of the donor site could also give you similar symptoms.
