Caelyx for reccurent ovarian cancer

Hello. My mother has recurrent ovarian cancer. Since 2003.First she tried chemo with carboplatin and she had the first recurrence. Then she tried the second time chemo with platinum..(after the second surgery). Now after 4 surgeries she has chemo with Caelyx.(doxil) but her CA 125 was before the fist cycle 188 and now after 3 cycles of drugs it is 198.
Could you tell me please what should she do? Should she continue with the last 3 cycles with caexyl or should she stop it and try something else. I heard of topotecan, avsin and Phenoxodiol.
