Kidney cancer and enlarged testicle

My husband was diagnosed with Renal Cell Carcinoma abour 4 weeks ago. About two weeks ago he notced an enlarged left testicle.He went tothe doctor this morning (GP) and he was told that the testicle was enlarged due to the heart cath he had last week. I was not with my husband and he asks no questions. Should I contact his urologist. IT does not hurt just enlarged. He has an appoontment next week with the surgeon who will be performing his rad nephrectomy.

THanks for any info you can share!
