After The biopsy and the lump was cancerous, but the mammogram show the area that they believe is benign, do you still have to have surgey to take the limpnode out?

You will need a sentinel lymph node biopsy and if positive for cancer, will need a complete lymph node disssection.  After surgery you will need radiation therapy and chemotherapy.
