Sarcoma on thigh

"I have a mass on my left thight, measuring 4x4 cm Doc sent me for an ultrasound and the results were no abnormalities seen, then there was a comment to monitor in clinic and do an MRI if needed. IT also said NOT ALL INTRAMUSCULAR abnomalaties can be seen on ultrasound, so now they are sending me for an MRI.

I am so scared for sarcoma? Would they of seen that on the ultrasound or is there still a chance that's it in my muscle.
