getting worse

Hi,
Even during my original chemo Carboplatin/taxol my ca125 never went to 0. the lowest was 10, then it jumped around a bit but stayed under 35. I had my first recurrance in June of 2008. visable cancer on abdominal wall, liver, spleen and bladder. I was given and clinical trial (adz1725) through U of Chicago. Tthis worked for 4 months then I quit due to side effects. Then was put on alkaran for a few months. 5 months into it my CA125 is doubling. 19, 52, 89, 192.
Last CT 2 monts ago showed no sigh of visiable cancer.
What should I do next?

I think you said that your last CT was negative, yet your CA125 is doubling.  Is the 192 level recent.

I would ask for any information on clinical trials or peritoneal chemotherapy.  It is time to have that discussion with your oncologists.
