lymphoma

I was hoping you may be able to help. I went to the doctors about a month ago with a high fever of 104.6 and very very swollen lymph glands in my neck. I tested negative for strep(which is what i thought it was) I then was tested negative for mono, and lyme diasease. But i was order to have a full abdominal ultra sound because my white blood cells were very high. I am now at a second opinion doctor and I am awaiting the results of my blood work for Lymphoma, and many other tests. My question is my symptoms are either high fever or very very cold, very sore glands in my neck, behind my ears, and behind my head, sever fatigue, i sleep wake up and go back to sleep feeling like i have never slept, and bad bone pain. My bones hurt so bad at times i try to sleep to make it stop hurting.  Does any of this sound like lymphoma or maybe something else? This may not be related but i also have pain on both sides of my abdomian, I have been tested for ovarian cancer but it is not that, but the pain is still there. Can you help me at all?

Your symptoms are concerning and would also consider Lyme Disease.  Hopefully your tests will give this information.
