palpable supraclavicular lymph node

palpable supraclavicular lymph node

I'm a 30 year old female who suffers from both Tourette Syndrome and OCD. One of my more "unique” twitches” is a poking twitch which typically causes sever bruising in selected areas. Lately, for whatever reason I've been poking a lot around my collar bone and 2 days ago noticed some swelling and 2 maybe 3 firm but mobile peas-sized lumps in my left Supraclavicular region. (I'm assuming these are lymph nodes) The next day I went to my GP to get my flu shot and asked him if there was anything to worry about? He barely touched my neck and said my lymph nodes might be inflamed from all my poking. Can this happen? I'm not sure if he is taking me seriously or not or if he felt anything at all. When I Google around the net looking for answers regarding palpable /enlarged Supraclavicular lymph nodes all I find are website describing or pertaining to lymphoma and or other cancers which makes me VERY nervous. I had a complete physical about a month ago which included a complete blood work-up. My CBC, Liver Function, Kidney Function etc were all normal. Do you feel these swollen/enlarged nodes are worth worrying about in my case being obsessed over? Please let me know…This is not only embarrassing but extremely nerve wracking. Thanks
