shadow on the feumer bone 12 years old shown on xray

He was complaining of leg pain around the knee for a few days I thought he was pulling my leg after a day of school took him for an X-ray where they found he has osgood shlatters was reassured it was very common in sporty children and he will grow out of it was referred to the leads fracture clinic for a routine check up where the doctor said he has 2 things shown up on xray 1-osgood shlatters 2- a shadow in his feumer which he thinks is Benin (the word think is what worries me for he mentioned a name of what he seams to think it is and said he wants to run it past the radiologist to make sure he’s not missed owt ) but I cannot remember what it was called so I did the worst thing ever and googled shadow on feumer and it’s bringing up the worst and nothing else
