19yo female terrified i may have rectal cancer

I tried anal sex with my long term partner (im female, he is male - neither have STD's, ive had the HPV vaccine and im 19 years old) We only tried it once, about a year ago and a few months after i started experiencing haemorhoid symptoms so treated it with a cream and it seemed to get better, however up until now there has been a pea sized lump outside my anus on the skin next to it. It is painful to squeeze, but not painful in day to day life, i have experienced a very small amount of bleeding, which feels more like it could be coming from a cut and with bright red blood, I have not tried anal sex since, and I have no family history of rectal cancer, or any kind of cancer as far as i am aware, i was wondering if it sounded cancerous or more likely to be an outside haemorhoid or skin tag or something like that?

My guess is that it's a hemorrhoid, which is a distended or swollen vein. Many people have them... so they're quite common. Sometimes, when we eat foods that have sharp seeds; or nuts with rough edges... bits and pieces of those foods can rub against and cut the hemorrhoid as fecal waste is passed. And, that can create painful stinging and bleeding. While anal sex can aggravate a hemorrhoid, I doubt that it would cause it. And, unless you're passing dark tarry stools, I wouldn't suspect Rectal Cancer.
