Any possible link to Brain Cancer , after successful Mohs for Squamous Cell Carcinoma

What percent of Squamous Cell Carcinoma patients subsequently develop brain cancer after successful Mohs surgery ? My last two check-ups have been great ; and my surgery experience was wonderful and without pain or incident - but in light of unexplained neurological problems , the thought crossed my mind . I have had two normal MRI's of the brain . The first was a closed MRI without contrast . The second was an open MRI also without contrast . I also have optic nerve edema and migraines as well as weight loss and UTI's with blood in urine .

Hi.  Mohs surgery has a five year recurrence rate of around 3.1% for high risk primary squamous cell carcinoma of the skin, and a 10% 5-year failure rate for cases which are already recurrent when treated with the Mohs procedure.  However, the majority of these recurrences after Mohs surgery are either local recurrence (around the original tumor bed) or lymph node metastases.  As far as my literature search went, there is no statistic detailing the proportion of metastases to the brain post-surgery.
