Big head= equals increased chance at cancer?

I read that recently, how true is it?

Im a male, 21 years old, and I have a huge head, especially for my body size since I'm only 5'9 or 5'10. I'd be smaller with a normal sized head.

I also noticed a small pee-sized bump on the side of my head recently, near the back of my head...its red and hurts to touch...I just noticed it yesterday, but that concerns me...especially when I read people with big heads are more prone to cancer.
