Biopsy results - Skin Cancer??

I am 21 weeks pregnant and had a skin cancer screening a few weeks ago as I am very fair and have a million moles. 2 they biopsied came back with the following results, and they want to perform an excision as soon as possible:

1 - (left upper back) - Histological sections are of skin with a nevomelanocytic lesion. The lesion has junctional and intradermal elements. Junction cells are present single as well as in nests. There is letiginous proliferation of malnocytes along the dermoepidermal junction. These cells have focally severe cytologic atypia. In the dermis are nevomelanocytes with maturation. Also, in the dermis there is a mild inflammatory cell infiltrate compsed predominantly of lymphocytes and there is fibroplasia.
2 - (left breast) - Histological sections are of skin. There is nevomelanocytic lesion with junctional and intradermal elements. Junctional cells are present singly and in nests. There is focal cytologic atypia and focally there is extension of single cells to higher levels of the epidermis. In the dermis are nevomelanocytes with maturation. The lesion extends to a lateral margin.

Any insight as to what this means?? I have been scouring the internet and get so many mixed results. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
