Bleeding from Nipple... is it a REALLY bad sign?

Hello,

I am 30 yrs old.  I was bleeding from my nipple (not a lot, but enough and pure blood, no other discharge), I have severe pain in my nipple area which wakes me up in the middle of the night, it has become inverted, but with pressure, I pushed it back out to normal, while not all the time, sometimes it itches so bad that there is nothing I can do about it... and POSSIBLE color change around the nipple, not the entire breast.  All on one breast, the other appears to have no problems.

I looked up all my symptoms and it all points to IBC.  Can these signs be for anything else?  I don't have a fever and never had a child and don't appear to have other signs of a breast infection.  Could it be another form of breast cancer?  not as aggressive?  I am not pregnant, just had my period last week.

My doctors believe I have HNPCC and they have already caught precancerous polyps and cells on my uterine lining and colon and have been removed with different procedures.

had Breast MRI and a white spot showed up.... what might this mean??
