Blood work on my 6 month old boy - pls help

My son presented what 8 doctors have called "benign myoclonic jerks." The 9th doctor was the only one to suggest something called stereotypy movement disorder. She was also the first one to actually want to do bloodwork. The tests are back, and she is out of the office of course, and my hands are feverishly on the internet and I'm very concerned.

His neutrophils are 16.0 (normal is 18-44) and the nutriphil # on the manual differential is only 1.4 (normal 6.0-23.5).
His Lymphocytes are slightly elevated - 80  (normal is up to 75) but the lymphocyte # is normal. So my main concern is the neutrophils.

I see something called "neutropenia." He doesnt have a fever - never has, no cold, etc. Could it be his little body simply fighting off an infection (he was in the hospital for 2 days getting an EEG - which was normal.)

Also - his BUN/Creatinine ratio was a bit high - 30, and his AST/SGOT for liver function was a bit elevated at 68 (normal is up to 59.)

Can anyone enlighten me? I've posted this in leukemia because unfortunately, google keeps pointing me in this direction. My son again has: NO FEVER, NO SWELLING, etc.

Thank you.
