Brain cancer question

Would a brain tumor cause tachycardia which worsens over time?  I would appreciate it if someone could tell me if they know or know anyone who had/has a brain tumor has had debilitating sinus tachycardia which worsens over time.

I'm thinking along the lines of brain stem tumors etc...  I have not seen it in lists of symptoms but I am really worried and need some advice.

It's been 10 yrs since I had a tubal ligation. One year ago diagnosed w/brain cancer. Spent 1 year on chemo.  Now I've missed two periods. I have so many doctors working with me on the cancer who do I go to regarding this?
