CAN IT BE A TYPE OF FEMALE CANCER

Hi, I am a 27 year old female with a previous history of lymph swelling and hypothyroidism. I was completly healthy, until a year ago when I started having signifigant swelling in my lymph nodes, since then I have been diagnosed with Hoshimoto's and have had 3 surgerys, including bone marrow biopsy, to rule out lymphoma.
Fast forward to now. I have had a change in bowel habits daily and have signifigant pain on the left ovary. I have all the symptoms of ovarian cancer. Including swelling in the abdomen and pressure, like someone is pushing on my bladder. I have signifigant fatigue which we thought would subside with the thyroid problem but it has not. I work in the medical field and have fealt since the beginning of this that I have cancer somewhere. It sounds peculiar but I just feeel that way. Every doctor I have been to always suggest cancer but can't seem to find the right one.
Anyone have the same problem? Can anyone HELP!!!
I need it.
Thank You

Hi,
A simple test like an ultrasound can reliably confirm or rule out ovarian cancer in your case. You have had some change of bowel habit, abdominal swelling, and some pressure sensation in your lower abdomen and pelvis. These symptoms may be caused by many medical, surgical, and gynecological conditions apart from ovarian cancer.
Please see an internist and schedule an imaging study to reach an appropriate diagnosis. Meanwhile, you must continue your thyroid medications and monitor your thyroid function tests at regular intervals.
Please keep me posted about your progress, and feel free to ask any additional questions.
All the best, and God Bless!
