CT Scan Question

I had a CT Scan done about a month ago for a lump under my chin and a lump on the back of my head.  My doctor ordered a CT of my head and neck.

I am currently worried about multiple myeloma, and am wondering if my CT scan would have picked up any skull lesions as well?

Even though the CT Scan (head and neck) was ordered for my lumps, would pictures of my skull be taken too?  I am feeling indents on the back of my head and am worried about them.  I know that CT Scans are used for tissue masses, but considering my Dr. ordered a head and neck scan, wouldn't a picture of my skull be taken too?
